I became a licensed real estate agent in 2005, and have since received two Broker’s licenses. My achievements over the years are; working successfully with first time homebuyers, investors and baby boomers that are now seniors that are downsizing. I have successfully received two designations, ABR Accredited Buyers Representative, and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist. I have also been a real estate instructor in the past as well as received many awards including, “Agent of the Month”, and “Million Dollar Awards.”

In my spare time, I freelance as a kitchen and bath designer with over 30 years experience. This has benefited my sellers as it has taught me the importance of staging a home before it goes on the market, and giving good ideas for updating a home if its needed.

I enjoy small town living, travelling to any southern destination and spending quality time with my two sons and two granddaughters. My many years of being in this business has given me the expertise and knowledge of negotiating deals, marketing a house with positive results in a timely manner. One of my favourite parts of working as a Realtor is the wonderful client’s who have become life long friends.
